Why No Refunds?
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. Once your payment is confirmed, it cannot be reversed or returned. This ensures security but also limits our ability to issue direct refunds.
What We Offer Instead
If you experience issues with your service, we may offer account credit at our sole discretion. Account credit can be used toward:
- Hosting plan upgrades or renewals
- Domain registrations or renewals
- Other services we provide
Account credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
